Advancing the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans – March 11, 2025
Hosted by IUCN ECARO and the Ministry of Environment, this event brought together policymakers, experts, and civil society to discuss strategies for climate resilience, biodiversity protection, and sustainable land and water management.
Why is this training important?
This module is a key step in strengthening wildlife protection and biodiversity conservation in Kosovo by:

Developing technical and practical skills to investigate and prevent wildlife-related crimes.

Enhancing cooperation between police, inspectors, and nature wardens.

Building stronger capacities to enforce environmental laws and protect endangered species.

Promoting proactive measures for sustainable coexistence between people and wildlife.
